i wouldn't bother with the whey pre sscv in the mornings tbh. its not really needed.

posting your daily routine/diet might be a good idea for people to pick on

    Dont do hiit after weights.

do 60 mins unfueled cardio twice a day 7 days a week.

I do a lot of push ups and sit ups. And I drink plenty of milk.

Could buy an exercise bike and do cardio at home.

BCAAs/EAAs before morning cardio? (Purple Wraath)

I do a lot of push ups and sit ups. And I drink plenty of milk.

Woah - that's some distance to the gym, nothing closer to home?!

I always do morning cardio on an empty stomach - bar taking a whey protein shake before and during (2 scoops of ON whey) otherwise I get so hungry I could literally take a chunk out of the treadmill!
