SUC me 2015!

Male / 15st 10lbs (100kg) / 5ft 8in / 38in waist / Non Assisted

So still trying to figure out what is going to work best, training first thing at 5.30-6.00 or last thing 20.00-20.45?
 
Early training means its over and done with and dosnt impact on your night. Late training means you dont feek kike death when training but if you have had a long day or the kids dont settle to sleep then training my be hindered.
 
Will post my diet up shortly few tweaks to do first. Training will be four times a week arms, chest, shoulders, back and legs duration 45mins. Aiming to burn as many calories as possible high intensity sessions, in - f*ck myself up - out.

That's the plan using this to get to where I should be starting prep from. Hopefully learn a few things about my body along the way, few tweaks then start prep. See how it goes I suppose!

I am full of this cold/flu virus what's has been flying around Manchester at the minute, sat in the doctors as I type. Don't think he will do much but need to get back to work! Had it since Thursday.

Well trying to get through all the SUC's everyone looks in good shape Pugs_Life needs to get some serious work done! * after tomorrow

Note: Missus birthday tomorrow and afternoon tea and a meal on the night has been booked for a while. Still in two minds whether to go all out and have a final fat day or take it easy? #SUCproblems
