Sainsbury's roast chicken wings

Hi

I went into saninsburys for lunch and i bought them roasted BBQ wings, about 8 for like £1.20.
Would you say they are healthy as in low in carbs and fat ?
Would you recommend them on a cutting diet ?

Cheers
Luke

Not if you eat the skin.

Personally I stick to a breast and one I cook myself.
You don't know what they baste those wings with- they look like all sorts of yummy, glistening fats are used as a baste.
