Samsung LN40A650

Just wondering if anyone has one of these Samsung series 6 tv's. I was in currys yesterday and looked at loads of lcds and plasmas and to the naked eye its picture quality was better than anything else on show.

Anyone got one? Other recommendations? £1000-£1300 mark. Preferably 40 inch.

Your best to have a look at avforums.com and click in the plasma section, loadsa guys in there with some good advice about different TV's.... if you have the money to spend have a look at Pioneer Kuro's, they are the bad ass of the plasma world so to speak...

Ive recently bought the Samsung PS50Q97HD.

I had to send it back initially because of noisy heat syncs but now its fixed it's magic.
The picture looked a bit waxy and slow on the bigger LCDs so I went for plasma...

fcuk Curry's off at the min.

Try the Aintree Comet. they've got a few offers on the Samsung, think £1110 for a 50" 100Hz ? with a nice looking stand and surround system (£250 worth) thrown in.
