Schedule and Cardio

Schedule and Cardio

as I hace explained in previous posts, im looking to lose weight, cut up and then bulk up, is this the right order to do it?

With regards to cardio, would 20 mins after a workout (3 times a week) and 40 mins in the morning on the other days be enough to loose weight? Ive posted my diet before and think it was ok apart from lacking a bit of protein and EFA'a, so ill be lookng to tweak that next week

    please post the questions in the cardio forum and then the diet forum about your eating
