Seated Shoulder Press

I've recently been adding more of these to my routine. The problem is; After around 4 reps i get a really light headed and dizzy fealing.. I've tried lowering weight.... breathing correctly and focusing more on it.... posture and technique but still.. after a couple reps it just feels like the blood isnt getting to my head and i get really dizzy, i dont get out of breath - i make it a point to breath properly

does your head go all red and look like a melon primed to burst?
reminds me of how i look/feel on squats/deads...

if you have a spotter let him know about it, if you train on your own consider dropping the weight to get more reps.

lol - I don't 'think' it does.. but it could explain the stares

I'll just lower the weight and monitor be wary of it.
