Seated row and shoulder muscle sprain

I was just wondering when doing the seated cable row do you stop the pulling when your elbows are at the side of your body or do you push further back?

I got a sprain in my right shoulder.

I'm meant to be training shoulders, triceps and chest tomorrow so slightly worried..

Thanks

Bring it all the way back mate. If you've got an injury you'd be a fool to train with it. You could see how you get on on your warmup sets then take it from there, though any sign of discomfort i'd personnaly call it a day.
