Second Ostarine Cycle - Body Recomp

Sup people, 
I'll be starting my second Ostarine cycle in around 2 weeks, just under. Figured I would take 8 weeks off since my last Ostarine cycle. 
This time will be a bit different to the first, as part of my cycle I'll be 'cutting' and I will play around with the doses a bit. 
At the moment I'm at 185lb, 6ft tall, still leanish (12-14%, clear abs but not ripped). I'll be aiming to spend ~4 weeks in a deficit to get down to 178-180lbs whilst keeping my strength. Then I'll do a 'lean bulk' for a further 4 weeks, focusing on strength gain. Hopefully I finish at ~182-3lbs at around ~10% bodyfat. Sound good? Any feedback will be appreciated.

Week 1 - 20mg (cut)
Week 2 - 20mg (cut)
Week 3 - 20mg (cut)
Week 4 - 20mg (cut)
Week 5 - 30mg (gain)
Week 6 - 30mg (gain)
Week 7 - 30mg (gain)
Week 8 - 30mg (gain)
Week 9 - Nolvadex - 20mg
Week 10 - Nolvadex - 20mg
 
Current strength - 
Front squat - 115kg x 5     (This needs to improve!)
Behind The Neck Press - 65kg x 5
Dips - +50kg x 5
Pullups - +30kg x 5

Are you doing bloods? Pics? I would also be interested just how much of a deficit you need to drop weight whilst using Osta.

Receptorchem, same brand as last time. Its a UK source. Ill post pics when I start. Not doing bloods again, tbh I got zero side effects last time on ostarine so not something im worried about. Could it be doing something internally still, maybe, but I noticed absolutely nothing. Id get bloods when I step up to rad or lgd though. Will be running a 500kcal deficit and see how that goes.

Fair enough mate. Good to hear no sides with you but I would have expected some suppression on some hormonal values? Are you 100% sure it is a legit source then?

I put on some decent size and strength with it, after a long time with next to no results (the natty struggle). By far the most notable thing was my work volume in the gym literally doubled easily with no additional fatigue and not affecting recovery

That sounds brilliant. 

What sort of KGS were added to your compound lifts?

I added around 10kg to my front squat (worst lift), 7.5kg to my overhead press, 15kg to my dip, and 10kg to my pullup. In 8 weeks haha, I was impressed to be honest.

Any suggestions on whether I should do a "gaining phase" first with 30mg for 4 weeks, or a "cutting phase" with 15mg first? 

I'm about 12% bodyfat, pretty lean, and want to end up at 10% roughly with a bit of added size. Suggestions? What do you think would be more effective?

A 4 week cut or gain is a waste if time. Have a plan and stick to that

What makes you say that? I would only need 4 weeks to reach 10%, it is not like I am carrying the average off-season physique. But still want to retain my muscle in this short period, as I am very susceptible to muscle loss when dieting (and strength) even when I am in a slight caloric deficit, high protein, putting the hours and effort into the gym as usual etc.

Ad you should set a goal for each cycle or session.
4 weeks cut to then bulk for 4 weeks or vice versa?

An 8 week cut would put me way under 10% bodyfat, and I don't want to be under 10%. I want this to be more of a recomposition rather than seen specifically as a bulk or cut. 

My plan was to just get to 180 (about 4-5lbs less than current), before then upping the calories to more of a maintenance/slight surplus. I might get to 180 in 1, 2 or 3 weeks. 

Basically, 8 weeks of cutting would make me too low on bodyfat, and 8 weeks of bulking would put on too much weight. I could try 8 weeks roughly maintaining weight but seeing how my body changes? That or 4 weeks of each..
