Sentencing tomorow...Wish me luck guys

I'm up in court in manchester tomorow for sentencing, the offence i am guilty off happened nearly 2 yrs ago now,but has only just came to this.

My barrister indicates a sentence between 1 and 2 yrs which i would get 30% off and then have it halfed,my solicitor thinks otherwise he thinks a community punishment as i have never been in trouble with the law before (this is my first ever offence)

I had my pre-sentence report yesterday and the probation have indicated a suspended sentence along with unpaid work.

So all i can do now is hope for the best, and hope the judge that will be sentencing me has had a good night tonight.

Im travelling up from London in the morning,so i might not me around on here for a while, but ill let you know the outcome asap.

If you love something let it go,if it comes back to you it's yours,if it doesn't it never was.

I don't know you but I wish you best of luck. However, why would you start a thread like this without mentioning the offence you admit you've comitted?

I predict you'll get let off. To quote my mate who's a copper "To be put away these days you have to have done something REALLY bad. OR a driving offence."

He also reckons that lots of repeat offenders continually get let off because they give it the whole 'I had a hard upbringing, I've got kids who need me, I've changed my ways etc.' sob story.

LOL,I am actually a mancunian, although i have lived in London for the last 17 yrs,the offence took place in Manchester thats why i'm being sentenced there.

Fair play mate,i do admit to being guilty of the offence,i can say that its nothing to do with violence.
