Serious pain??????

Been back rugby traininig now for a month and when running my calves and ankles keep pumping up like balloons the pump is making it real hard to run and train propely and the pain is now getting unberable.Im using a gram of sust i asume this is from the gear an water retention?????I have just started taking half tab of nolva hoping this is gon work if not thinking of switching to virimone or something with less water retention or even just coming off!!!!!!!Do u guys think its from the gear and hard ground????What do u think is the best thing to do??????Plus does gear and water retention make it harder to breath and get fit?????

    it's from water retention causing shin splints and calf pumps! very very common! makes doing cardio hard too!

    10-20mg nolvadex or 50mg proviron will sort you out - as will arimidex or adex tbh. any anti oestrogen or eostrogen blocker will do the trick

    also drink more water as this will also reduce water retention

    Thanks!!!! do u think il get away with 10 or should i do 20mg of nolva????? Plus about to get more gear to finish stack would it benefit me more to switch to something like propinate????

    Can you get this off a ECA stack, man I couldnt walk doing cardio yesterday, shins were hammered!

    i'd start with 20mg and work back the way tbh
