Serrano ham

Does anyone use this in the BB diet?

Ive checked the nutritional info and per 100g its 270kcals & 32g Protein which would be great on a bulk (which i am).

Would there be any problems with using it in my diet regulary instead of chciken etc

Don't see anything wrong with it, though I have no idea what the carb and fat content is like, obviously that will have an effect on your decision to include it as part of your diet. Its lovely stuff though, though and nearly £20 /kilo where I used to work, it was a tad out of my budget!!
