Shaky ideas


Is it ok to mix uncooked oats with whey powder, bananas and water for a qucik breakfast shake?

or do they need to be cooked first?

    u dont have to cook them, i pretty much only eat them raw, its faster...hope this helps

    I've been doing this anyway so I hope so ;)

    I guess it just takes longer to digest? Perhaps you don't see as much from uncooked oats as their cooked counter-parts, something James could answer I'm sure.
