Shin Pumps

Gents,

I have just finished a 20/20/30/30/30/30 cycle of epidrol, and have just started PCT. During the last weeks of my cycle i started getting shin pumps when running and am still getting them. is there anything I can do or take to stop them or do I just have to wait it out?

cheers

Potassium and taurine. And they will stop, I find usually about 1-2 weeks after PCT.

Thinking of getting some of these things in 'just in case' of cramps on my cycle.
You didn't say how much of each and how often though mate.
I see myprotein do bulk taurine which would be fine, but the only way of getting potassium from them would be in their electrolyte tablets. What form of K do you get, and who from?

I just get potassium from banana's, although my new supplement DCP has about 900mg of potassium pyruvate in each serving, making DCP an excellent addition to any high dose oral cycle.

As for taurine, anything from 1-5g's daily.
