12 weeks out from the british finals now. Spending the next two weeks "acclimatizing" to carb back loading again then hit it hard for the next ten weeks. May actually do some cardio this time seeing as its school holidays

Cool.
Do you normally count macros when you start loading?

Whats cardio?

Ten weeks out from the Brits now. Everything is going very well and my strength is still on the up. Condition is improving nicely. Seem to on time for a change.

Loving the fortitude training still and will nake the decision to move up to tier 2 this weekend. What do you think righty? Yay or nay?

Im off school for six weeks so will be getting plenty of rest

My updating skills need honing. All going well. Getting leaner all the time. Abit tired lately so having a few days off diet and training to recuperate. Up to a 520kg leg press and getting stronger on all other lifts.

Up to 520kg on the leg press for 10 reps now. Strength still flying up on all lifts.

Moved up to tier two of fortitude training to burn some more calories. Everything on track and condition improving on a daily basis it seems. Weight is steady at 83 kg.

Re: Napalms assault on the british final. 2015/09/12 22:14:20 (permalink)
Haven't updated for ages due to being so busy with work and prep. Ive had a couple if hiccups along the way. An abcess which kept me out of training for a week and was ill all last week with migraines which was hard work.. Three weeks out from the brits now and ive still got some timber to shift so its time to really go for broke.

Training (when im not feeling ill) is great and i seem to be getting stronger all the time. Just to watch out for the hypos, but they normally kick in just towards the end of cardio.

Im still using fortitude training and i can honestly say its the best program ive ever used. My shoulder problems have gone completely and i have zero niggles. I find that tier 1 is enough for me as long as i keep the intensity up.

For the last two weeks i intend to start cardio in the morning (liss for 30 thirty minutes. ) and thirty following training.

Macros are as follows.
130g carbs.
235g protein.
30g fat.

All carbs are pre and post workout. Was doing all carbs post workout but found this weakened me slightly. I would drop the carbs even more but id struggle to do my day job. Fingers crossed it all comes good for the 4 th of October. Im very focused now and am determined to be leaner than ive ever been in my life.

good to see an update mate, are you still eating what you like on weekends or stopped that now nearing comp?

do you have any pics at the moment?

with increasing the cardio is this your final piece towards dropping the fat you have?

Sounds like you've had your ups and downs mate.

Good lad for staying focused and determined.

The second set of cardio - is that LISS as well?
