Should I Change My Routine?

I've been doing pretty much the same exercises for about 18 months.

Was wondering if I should switch it up.

Havent really made much strength increases in the past year - few kg here and there.

I do the following:
Day 1: Chest Tri
Flat BB Bench - swtiched from Inc DB bench about 2-3 months ago.
Dips
Flys
Skull crushers
Overhead tricep cable pull

Day 2: Shoulders/Legs
Seated DB shoulder press
Side DB raises
Front DB Raises - one arm at a time
Shrugs
*used to do shoulder on Day 1 with only the shoulder press but gave them their own day about 2-3 months ago
Squats
Calf raises

Day 3: Back/Bi
WG Pull ups
BB Rows
Seated cable rows
EZ bar curls
Hammer curls
Precher curls

These are all mainly 4x8.

As you can see I have changed my routine a little over time but havent really changed the actual exercises.

Any suggestions?

    Looks pretty similiar to mine, what's your diet like? that may be the key to more gains.

    Also may want to try dropping the repos on some of the exercise's and raising the weight, try weighting the dips etc.

    Diet pretty shabby so maybe that is the cause of no/little gains.

    I might go back to a 5x5?

    Sounds like a good idea, get the protein up and put the weight up.

    whenever i get to the point where i can do 10 reps of a weight i put it up so i can only do 5 again. works for me!!
