The above bro's are spot on, volume is your ENEMY! As a hardgainer you want good solid compounds like squats, deads etc. and none of the fancy frilly stuff! Workouts should not keep you in the gym more than an hour, and no more than 3 times a week IMHO. Focus on adding weight with proper form week in/ week out and you'll grow fine.
