Should keep me quiet for a while ;)

Just picked up my free weights for the home gym, combined total weight 262kg including oly bar and oly d/bells. I didn't realise how heavy the 7ft oly bar is, cos my crap gym has never had one
Didn't think a bad price £290............but I did collect, no postage. Thats less than the cost of a years gym membership for me, so a saving to start with. Sale of my pool table and accessories are gonna pay for the other bits. Just got to order the benches and rack now . There are two of each of the 25,20,15 and 10, although my pic doesn't show it very well. Here's to home gyming (if there is such a word)

Yeup, a nice looking set you've got there!

Is it a 160kg barbell set then?

Its apparently a 177kg barbell set and an 85kg d/bell set= 262kg. Taking in to consideration, the b/bell is 20kg and d/bells combined are 10kg, is should equate to 232kg of free weights. All rubber coated

Ha ha, yeah thought ppl would say that, especially the Essex Crew.............lol.

Got the weights from Ebay Gaz, picked 'em up from Walthamstow.
Company was World Of Health and Leisure. Only a small lock up, but plenty of equipment.

Link to most of their stuff m8

I think they chop and change the prices a little, as I only paid £179 for the 177kg set

Just noticed, the extra tenner is for grip plates !!!
