Shoulder Pain, please help

I have a mild pain in my shoulder at the bottom of my frontal deltoid. It hurts if i lift my arm up like a frontal raise, and also sometimes if i did a shoulder press.

I can still train, but i am worried of it getting worse. Does anyone know any exercises or of anyway to mend me.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Win

as for the post three times, when i posted it, it said there ws a mistake and didnt work. So computer problems. I am hardly gonna ask this several times am i?

Thanks for the advice guys. I dont think its a bicep thing, i also never do behind the next. I am not sure where it has come from, i think it might be from Dips. But not sure.

How did you mates get over it. Any exercise or something like that?

If it's at the bottom of the front deltoid, I very much doubt whether it's rotator cuff injury. In any case, even if it is, don't do any rotator cuff work until it's cleared up because you'll make it worse.

I'm inclined to go with the biceps answer, cos I remember someone I used to train with who had what he thought was a shoulder injury that sounds similar to yours, which turned out to be the biceps insertion.
