Shoulder pain please help

I have pain at the bottom of my frontal deltoid. It hurts if i do a frontal raise, or sometimes with a shoulder press. I can still train but want to mend.

Does anyone know of any exercises that can mend me, or any other advice.

Thanks

Win

Rest is a good place to start. Get it checked out. When rested you could do L flyes with a bungee cord.
