Shoulder routine

Hi guys
All my other weights are all going up nicely but my shoulders seem to have stayed the same for the last 6 weeks.
I work them on the same day as i work chest and tri's.
All i do is military press but thats after bench press and incline dumb bell presses and im still stuck on a press of 65kgs
Any ideas?

    maybe dont expect a huge difference in 6 weeks mate. also consider taking shoulders out of your split with chest and tri's. a personally do shoulders on one seperate day, once a started doing that ma shoulders havent stopped improving.

    Put military press first on day one or make a seperate day for shoulders.

    I love your routine mate ! leave it as it is , maybe try dumbell presses seated or standing for a change or alter your rep scheme for military press.Your lifts all seem in relative proportion so I dont think you have a glaring weakness in any one area

    No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4

    routine looks good mate but i stil prefer a seperate day for shoulders and delts.

    My shoulder routine consits of

    Shoulder Press (this maybe DB, Machine, or Military)
    Delt excercise * choose one
    Delt Excercise * choose one
    Lift (this maybe DB Shrug, Smith BB Shrug, Upright Row)

    * Front DB Raise
    * Front Cable Raise
    * Front Olly Raise
    * Side DB Raise
    * Side Cable Raise
    * Rear Cable Crossover
    * Rear Seated Reverse Fly
    * Rear Bench Reverse Fly

    maybe look to incorporate some of these movements into your routine if a fourth day is not possible. Perhaps add the isolated delt movements to your back routine and the compound press and lifts to one of the other days.

    Good luck bro

    Thanks for the advice guys.
    I've taken it all onboard, i think i will try and switch from militaries to seated dumbell presses, that way i can still keep to the same routine.......i dont really want to change it around that much just yet, call me regimental if you like, not too keen on change lol
