Shoulder......input needed

Hey guy,

I havent been around in a while, dealing with some small injuries and busy schedule. ready to get huge again, gotta get back to that 350 bench....but my question is on Shoulders, I am very cautious because I had 2 shoulder surgeries repairing torn labrums and shrinkin the capsules.....I am 3 years and 1 year out respectively, now I have broad shoulders but want to increase their size....I've done lateral raises, side raises and shrugs. What can I do to get some huge shoulders which I think will eventually give me an even higher bench press.....thanks guy, please give me a good routine to start

Forget lateral raises, shrugs and all these fancy precision excercises. To get big shoulders you need one thing: Heavy Military Press (press above your head with Barbells and dumbells seated or standing)

You will get canonball delts if done properely!!

I'd do some lateral raises after shoulder press.

Well Preesing of some Sort (Military, Dumbell ect ... ) is the way to go but i would suggest starting out very light and taking it easy! I know from experience that you can be pressing very heavy and feel fine then one day you go no heavyier than usual and have problems. Have you gotta physio or anything at the mo then? Have they given you the Ok to train again? What sort of shoulder surgery was it? Take it Easy Big Dog!

i have been lifting without restriction for a long time, I just get worried because of what i did in baseball with my shoulders.....I torn the labrum in both shoulders, shrunk the capsules and had a bicep tear in the shoulder I had fixed in 2000 but thats all good now
