Shoulders, Chest and Triceps

My current routine is

5x 33 inch weighted dips
5x standing military press
3x standing bb press

My question is, if I swapped the standing tricep bb press for narrow weighted dips would that be overkill for my triceps as I already do wide dips to hit the chest?

Even though I get doms in my Triceps I don't like the feel of the pressing movement so am looking for an alternative.
I workout at home and don't have a bench otherwise I would opt for narrow grip bp.

33 inches is very, very wide unless you are huge guy. About 24-25 inches is optimal for the average size guy to work chest. At 33 inches you place a lot of stress on your shoulder joints.

No not huge at all, only 5" 11', medium build.
I've obviously picked up some dodgy info from this old book I have been reading. It advises 31-33 inches for chest dips.

I'll reduce it to 25 inches next time for chest dips.
What distance hand spacing do you think is optimum for the average guy for tricep dips?

Unless it is when the barbell is lowered behind the head and the triceps are used to bring it up again, a similar workout to skull crushers.

5x standing military press for shoulders

3x standing bb press for Triceps like jezzcb said.
I did not know the correct name for the exercise.
