Shrimp & Pasta

Let me know what you think of this one.

Take some pre cooked whole wheat pasta in a frying pan with a touch of olive oil and begin heating it. Add in black pepper, crushed red pepper, garlic, onion, broccoli and a cup of shrimp (or chicken breast). Add whatever spices you like, for me its basil & oregino. Heat till shrimp/chicken are heated through and eat.

If you use a non stick pan very little oil is needed for this dish. Its even good cold.

Well considering my cholesterol was great back when I ate a double quarter pounder with cheese, 6 piece chicken nuggets, super sized fries and a super coke a day....I dont think a few shrimp are gonna do much damage to me. LOL.

I'll do me best The body produces a lot of cholesterol and if you eat cholesterol the body will simply produce less.

Dietary cholesterol has lesser effects on serum cholesterol than saturated fat does.
