Sida/Lean system7

Hi there, i haven't posted here for quite a while but have a question about these supplements.
I have got a tub of sida (reflex) and two tubs of LS7 i was wondering weather it would be better to take them together or to use one for a while then use the other one. Obviously i am aiming for fat loss at the moment.
any thoughts appreciated.

BTW, i know that diet and training are the first port of call and i am pretty well on top of those. eating V. clean, low carb at end of day etc, weights and HIIT cardio.

thanks, stavross

Id say use the Lean System on its own, or try another brand of Sida, LIBELOUS COMMENT EDITTED - YOU MUST POST PROOF BEFORE MAKING CLAIMS LIKE THIS

Also Reflex Sida also contains Caffeine, so mixing it with the Lean System could mean your taking a bit too much each day.

Ive only ever used two brands of Sida, (Reflex and CNP) so i would say CNP, as the results were much better and because its just the Ephedrine side of the ECA stack, it means it can be stacked with an Eph free Fat Burner.

Thought the best Fat Burner ive ever used has been the below

But, i imagine the Lean System stacked with a good Eph supp, should do a good job.
