Side Lateral Raises

question...

When I'm doing side lateral raises with 10lb db's, I hear and feel a pop out of my right shoulder. It doesn't hurt or anything but I was wondering if this could cause damage or if I should change my arm positioning.

I can safely say that you shouldn't feel a 'pop' in your shoulders. Do some rotator cuff exercises.

I can safely say that a lot of people experience clicking and poppong in thier shoulders with no subsequent problems. However, I agree with M5 that EVERYONE should do rotator cuff exercises.
