Simon Strength/Power journal

Hello all.
I am starting a new routine so I post a journal to chart my progress. I want to increase all my lifts, but specially the three big lifts (squat, bench, deadlift). I am also doing some olympic lifts to improve my power, with some plyometrics and sprints to increase my running speed and my vertical jump. I also want to add some mass over the whole body to gain some bodyweight because in May I will be in a rugby team and in september I will be in a American Football team.

I am 16 years old
5'7
150lbs

This is the routine:

Bench Day
Bench Press 5x5
Hand-Stand Push-ups 2xMax
Weighted Dips 3x5
Grip Work

Squat Day
Front Squat 5x5
Clean and Press 3x1
Snatch 3x1
Weighted Sit-ups 2x10

Deadlift Day
Deadlift 5x5
Weighted Chins 3x5
Barbell rows 3x5
Grip Work

As I am relatively new to weight training, my lifts are low. Feel free to give me advice and comments, it may help a lot because I still have a lot of things to learn about weight lifting.

    Today it was bench day.

    Bench Press 150lbs 5-5-5-5-5
    Hand Stand Push-ups 3-2
    Dips 20lbs 5-5-5

Last week I was using 155lbs for bench but I wasn't able to do enough reps on the last sets so I dropped the weight to 150lbs. Next week I will use 155lbs. Hand-stand push-ups have been really hard because I did them after bench press. Dips were not too hard, I will add 5lbs next week.
