Today it was bench day.
Bench Press 150lbs 5-5-5-5-5
Hand Stand Push-ups 3-2
Dips 20lbs 5-5-5
Last week I was using 155lbs for bench but I wasn't able to do enough reps on the last sets so I dropped the weight to 150lbs. Next week I will use 155lbs. Hand-stand push-ups have been really hard because I did them after bench press. Dips were not too hard, I will add 5lbs next week.
