Simple Workout Log Printable & Software Anyone?
I am trying to find a simple workout log that I can print and use at my gym but there are so many complicated ones out there so I thought I'd ask if there is a popular one. I am looking for one that is only on one page and you can use for a couple of weeks. I go to the gym 4 x a week and do around 22 different exercises each time in total including cardio & core work.
Also any recommendations on workout log software?
