Sirus's cutting cycle

Hello guys things are a bit slow in the forums at the min so i have decided to keep a journal of my cutting cycle progress.

I will try and post an update once or twice a wk to report my progress.

I am starting my cycle tonight.

My cycle is as follows

wk1-8 test prop 100mg eod
wk1-3 eq 1g
wk3-8 eq 500mg
wk1-? tren mon, wed, fri (just using up left over tren)
wk1-8 clen/fat burner cycled every 2 wks
wk3-8 t3 wrongun style

Diet - 500g protein = 2000cals
150g carbs = 600cals (dropping to 100g next wk,then down to 50g,then back up to 150g and cycled this way)
100g efas = 900cals

Total cals = 3500

Cardio - 4 times/wk first thing in the morn on an empty stomach for 20-30 mins

weights - 4 times/wk for 45mins

Starting stats

weight 97kg
height 6ft1
waist 34in
chest 45in
arms 16.75in
calves 16in
neck 17.75in
quads 26in (middle of quad)
bf 12-15%

I am off now to do my first jab of this cycle, should be a peach as i love the pump and vascularity of eq.

Anyhow wish me luck.

Because its all nutrient changes ie more protein is required when dieting and using gear to maintain mass while running low carbs to aid in fat loss with cardio.

I actually plan on maybe adding a few lbs if i'm really lucky.

Ok still early days although definate increase in vascularity, acne is starting to become a problem again as i have had a few juicy spots appear on back and shoulders :(

Oh clen tabs have give me a bangin sore head and cramping which is strange as i normally can eat them like sweets.

Protein intake going good although i am missing the traditional bulking diet with high carbs but all in all things are going well.

Cashman - i use anti bacterial cleansers morning and night and apply benzamicin gel,the gel dries the skin and helps clean pores.

Going to run vit b5 again also.

1 week today since i started cycle,

Breath is absolutely stinking due to low carbs and high protein lol

Vascularity is definatley the biggest difference i can comment on at the min due to ropey veins on forearms and biceps,i have also noticed veins across shoulders when training.

I seem to to losing fat from my shoulders/chest down as strations are appearing on shoulders and chest.

I have lost 2lbs/3lbs this week so i'm well on target.

I had to knock the cardio on the head for now because i am working my bollox off at work pulling around large heavy cables all day which is very, very exhausting. It might ease off next week and then cardio will be back on the cards as to do it now would absolutely kill me.

The clens going quite well also and i am now on 10/day with no problem what so ever!

    Sounding good fella!
Does the eq increase vascularity due to increased blood volume? Just wondering mate.

Ok fcuked up big time last night with a lat injection,i must have hit a nerve or vein or something.

A black spot like lump formed with pretty bad bruising and bleeding but as u can see i lived to tell the tale lol

I dont know what happened as i have injected lats before with no problem although i will be the first to admit its not one of my favorite sites, i am riddled with scar tissue at the min so wanted to inject into some fresh muscle.

Weight is still dropping and have weighted myself today at 94 kg which is 3kg dropped since last saturday,i have lost over 1 inch on my waist also.

Measured my b.f today and it has dropped by about 3% in just one week!!!

The only down side at the min is i've caught the cold because of carb depletion and the sh1tty weather we are having here in Ireland.

Last week it was nice, warm and sunny - today it is pissing down and blowy as fcuk.

    Re: your cold.

Have you tried the reflex elderberry and cats claw extract?
Ive been using for last few months and been well throughout, despite being around people that have had colds/been of with sickness etc.

mattster - cold wasnt too bad as it only lasted a couple of days,my nose is full of snotters now lol

    Carvegio - thanks mate

MrT - I'm going to keep going bro as the results at the min are fantastic, the gear is only starting to kick in now so i'm starting to fill out again and harden up.

My old training partner seen me today for the first time in a month or two when i was 16+ st and said i looked far bigger now???I am a fcuking 1 stone lighter lol

I was wearing a training top so i might have looked bigger with the leaner muscle although wearing a jumper or t-shirt i miss the shear mass.

Oh forgot to mention everyone say hello to my abs, they are very shy and only come out once a year lol

Today was the worst training session i have had in quite a while.

I think it was down to the fat burners before training,i was sweating quite heavily, was exhausted, shakey, felt very sick and was getting hot and cold flushes.

Was absolutley pumped to pieces though in the changing rooms and am really starting to tighten up big time.

I am training legs tommorrow so i might have to introduce higher carbs to avoid vomiting and to give me the energy to train.

Things are getting tough and i'm as cranky as fcuk!!
