Si's Quest For Size and Strength, ON IT!!

tried to keep a journal before but never worked, but since the jan 2011 SUC  (link to SUC)  ive realised there brilliant!! so here goes......
 
basically i was carrying on cutting from the suc to get from roughly 10%ish (some please conifrm??) where i finished the SUC to get to 7% for my own sanity and where i could start the best of lean bulks from......
but. now ive got a temporary maybe semi-permanent job where im working from 9-6 everyday lifting equipment/furniture/everything around for a photography firm for m&s and tried cutting the first day and i just couldnt do it tbh, i felt too tired and relly didnt wanna help move anything around which is not ideal for an employee unless i wanna get sacked! lol and they do gourmet breakfast and lunches which i just cant and shouldnt say no to!! lol so ive been offered the next 2 weeks atleast to work for them so im eating normlly for the next 2 weeks atleast or how long im working for them, but i really wanna be around 7%bf for the start of summer so like end of june/beggining of july which would of taken me around 3-6 weeks to cut to if i did it now
 
im confused!!!! ppl should already know im crazy by know lol but o well :P
 
so for now, this is my progress journal and for now dont expect any type of consistency in diet or lifts lol the only thing that will remain the same is my sanity (or lack of), training plan and my lifts staying the same/going up! (hopefully not going down!)

    You did f**king awesome in the SUC mate, pleasure to have done it along side a car pulling nutcase like yourself!
     
    You can easily have your 2 weeks and get back in condition mate, I've had nearly a week off at the end of the SUC (mainly due to a cold!) and know within 2 weeks back I'll be back in condition and on the road to being bigger

    Great aesthetic physique mate, think you did an awesome job in the SUC. But you still got some catching up with Jack to do

    cheers walkie you defo did aswell mate!!! i was binging yesterday so need to not do that and just take it easy for 2 weeks instead otherwise things will be bad!!

    Now you have got into that condition once, i imagine it must be much easier to do again in future...possibly just from a physcological point of view...

    ........no comment.....im taking it easy at the mo tbh not cutting but not bulking, im just letting my body relax with eating and gonna try and enjoy training more than when im cutting for a couple weeks atleast :)

    im just over 6ft fella :) lol fair do's but u got a fair bit more muscle than me i reckon!

    went gym did some tabata hiit skipping then a killer ab, core and oblique sesh ended by some more tabata skipping, the difference eating normally makes on training is unbelievable!!
     
    diet today:
    as i said im not gonna "bulk" as such im going to make sure i get atleast 1.5g per lb of bw each day and apart from that everything else will fall, im just going to eat healthy and balanced for the time being and see where it takes me :)
     
    meal 1:
    small egg
    scoop of whey
    handful of mixed nuts (almonds and pecans)
    cottage cheese
    sugar free jelly
    some homemade protein bar (protein,pb,honey and oats)
    small bowl of bran flakes
     
    meal 2: pre-wo
    2 scoop of porridge half milk half water
    scoop of whey
     
    meal 3: pwo shake
    29g mix of malto/wm/dex
    1 scoop of protein
    10g creatine (loading)
     
    meal 4:
    jerk chicken thigh and drumstick
    rice and peas
    small bit of salad and coleslaw
     
    meal 5:
    home made fish stew (1cal spray oil, mixed peppers,spinach,broccoli,carrots,peas,3 small white fish fillets, skimmed milk, spices, nandos sauce) delicious and cant see anything wrong with it??
     
    snacks:
    beef jerky
    a carrot
    ill have some cottage cheese before bed most likely and maybe some sort of protein sauce at 11ish if i feel hungry but at the mo i feel stuffed!!! lol
     
    im gonna guesstimate my calories each day i should be quite good at it esp after my cut! and today 2400cals roughly minimum but i feel like ive eaten a hell of a lot more! i feel like ive been on a binge for goodness sake lol

    im gonna keep the diet similar to what i was doing today tho, nutrition in the right places but im not gonna care what i eat just not eat bad and have the occasional treat :)

    right!! goals are getting set for training now that im gonna EAT!!
     
    priority goals:
    • increase or try to increase weight by 1.25kg each side or higher reps every week
    • join the 4,3,2,1 club for reps (plates on compound lifts - deads,squat,bench,op)
    • military press = 60kg x 8 reps
    • bench = near goal 80kg x 8 reps. far goal 100kg x 5
    • squat = near goal 120kg x 6. far goal 130kg x 6
    • deadlift = 180kg x 4-5
    misc goals:
    • seated shoulder dumbell press 30kg for reps
    • incline dumbell bench press 35kg for reps
    • ez bicep curl 20kg each side
    • max out the hamstring curl machine
    • ez skull crush 15kg each side
    • max out the low cable row machine
