Sitting when injecting

Last week i got cramp in my back when trying to inject to my right glute..

Luckily it faded real quick but could of gone quite wrong or caused me to re-inject.

I was wondering if its possible to sit on a backless chair to inject ? as this will stop any back crramp from happening.

Thanks for input

I always sit doing all jabs but not in glutes, try sitting and doing a quad jab, should not be a prob with cramp like this.

Not at all normally i use Blues for quads and they are 1"1/4 i go in 1" deep.
    An inch deep is perfect.

Not at all. when i first started i hated needles and started in the glutes, then tryed delts, then quads then bis and tris now i would never go back to glutes mainly cos i used greens but every where else is great once you have done it a few times.

Unless like me you used them too much and they crunch when you put a needle in...

i think it depends on the individual. i only injected quads once - couldnt walk or do cardio properly for a week! then i inject 2mls inside delts and tris with no prob at all
