SizeOn caps

Is it exactly the same as the tubs of powder? why do the caps work out cheaper? ie 240 caps gives 40 serving @ £40. and the £38 tub of powder gives 30 servings.

is it cheaper because they dont need to flavour the caps? or just how the companys are selling it. (less mark up on the caps)

Just from memory as far as i remember the Sizeon caps dont have the carbs that the powder does plus it is also missing other ingredients from the powder. Remember seeing Gaspari more recommending the caps more for a low carb diet rather than using Sizeon powder since it has the carbs in it. Only having used the Sizeon powder I cant comment how effect the tablets are but the powder is a great creatine powder which really helps in the gym. Hope that helps!
