Skinny Si- Operation Enlarge
After several years of messing about doing all sorts of pointless training, and a good 20 years of wanting to be large and muscular, i've finally found the Muscletalk forum and taken the decision to listen to those in the know.
After a short post in the steroids etc topic re me considering getting some gear to overcome my hardgaining tendancies, and being told i simply need to eat, i figured it would be a good idea to start a journal here so you can all tell me how badly i'm doing.
Stats 2 weeks ago.
10 - 11% body fat
lean and toned with reasonably fitness and some muscle shape.
Naturally blessed with broad shoulders
as of this morning.
definatly looking larger and feeling it to
13% body fat (but thats to be expected on a serious bulking cycle i guess)
Still toned but slightly less lean (definatly not getting fat tho)
Current plan is to get to 14st then cut back to 13st 6 to loose fat accumulation.
No idea what my caloire intake is but i'm keeping it reasonably clean and eating 5-6 meals per day (every 2 or so hours) which is basically double my original intake, which used to keep my weight steady (i've always excercised 4 -5 days per week)
