ORIGINAL: hambo Normally when doing skull crushers I use an Ez-bar at home but for my last session thought I'd switch to seeing what a straight oly barbell would be like. The thing is it was okay but I noticed some stress to my wrist in a similar way when doing wrist curls for the forearm. Is this stress okay in that it will help build strength in my wrist or it is more likely to cause undue stress on the joint?
ORIGINAL: sheriff_jonny why use the oly bar in the first place? you want to keep your form tight on skull crushers so the smaller the bar the easier i find it to control
