Sleep supps

Finished my first tub of Rich Piana Knocked the F*** Out and loved the stuff in Honey and Lemon Tea .
I could sleep with the bedroom light on on this stuff it does the job for sure.
Now back to MP ZMA which is good but does not hit you back like KTFOut .

What seelp aid do you like using ?

ZMA won't necessarily get you to sleep, it's more about deeper sleep.

I can't really use sleep supplements as I wake up with anxiety with them, however popular choices are Blackstone Labs Anaesthetized & Rich Piana KTFO (as you've mentioned).

MusclePharm did one under the Arnold branding called Iron Dreams and that was the only one I could use that didn't give me anxiety attacks.

Olympus Labs are launching one in the next week or so that's in caps as opposed to powder called amnes1a. Not seen the profile yet, but i may give it a go if it's not too high in melatonin, especially as it's caps so it's easier to control the amount you take

Do you not worry about becoming dependent on them?  I avoid them for the same reason as I avoid pre-workouts...

I like ZMA, but it doesn't really get you to sleep, just makes me more refreshed in the morning.  Audio books and oats knocks me out

I find i need a prework supp, so in a way i do feel dependent on them ,and i have found that when finishing work late and having to get to sleep late a sleep supp hits the spot

Benzos or zclass sleepers can be a rocky road depending on your attitude to drugs and discipline. I found the 'safest' to be zolpidem( ambien).

Legal stuff I am learning from this thread tbh as I'm clueless on it.

Update , I got a tub of Dream Warrior sleep aid and it works ok , taste is not nice being Spiced Apple flavor ..
Loads of dreams and not the tripe acid feel to them.

I would say Rich Piana Knocked F/out is better also made in warm water in Lemon tea flavor its good stuff.
