Slimfast as a protein drink?

I've just bought several tubs of Slimfast from a friend for a very small amount of cash.
The idea is to use it as a protein drink.
What exactly should I be adding to it to make it worthwhile?
I thought maybe throwing in some eggs and banana.
Suggestions please..........?

Bubblezzz I'd stay well away from slimfast. They have WAAAAY too much sugar in them. As roxyyo says, just plain whey and skim milk or water is the best. For some flavour throw in some frozen fruit.

i have them occassionally as an emergency protein drink, say if I'm out and need food at a garage or whatever. And those nurishment drinks. It's got to be better than choccy and crisps when you're caught hungry....even if they arent ideal for daily use.

they are not a good protein drink, but could be a useful energy drink

Far from ideal - but IMO if youve bought them cheap use them - say one every 2 days
