Slowest drive thru award!!

Goes too................KF bloodyC!!

I really fancied some KFC on Sunday evening, six cars in front of me when I arrived, it took 25 minutes to get to the window to place my order.....the chicken isn't how i remember it either, crap choice all round..

Quicker to park up and walk in.....so why bother even having a drive through???

I'd split the award between Moons Moat Redditch McDonalds and Tot Hill Newbury McDonalds.

They always take ages and always get the orders wrong.

And I only ever buy coffee or (at a push) OatsoSimple with Splenda (when you ask for Splenda they always look at you like you just took a dump in their pocket)

I bet they didn't 'go large' on the free chips though!

45 minutes, I'm not sure I'd have stuck it out mate...I was banging the steering wheel after 15minutes!

Drive thru's are one of the world's great evils. I refuse to use them. I always park up and walk in as there are generally dozens of cars at the window and the place is empty. One evening around ten, the door was locked so I had to walk to the drive thru window and demand they open it. Such fun

The KFC i went to had a first window but had a sign saying 'drive to next window' in other words sit in the bloody queue and wait as we haven't got another person here to take your order!!

Do KFC want my custom? Two other cars joined the queue but left after 5 minutes....something i should have done too!

KFC near me are the worst by far.

One day I order, was told to wait 15mins as the oven was broken.
I said no problem, Waited 15mins and came back.
Was told it would be another 15mins as somebody forgot to turn the oven on.

Took a piece out of the silly cow serving me, said if it wasn't ready in exactly 15mins, then I wanted my money back.

Annoying thing was that I had to stand and watch 'em for that 15mins to make sure they didn't spit in my food.

The idea of KFC, Burger King and the like is fast food.

More often than not when I go whatever I ask for is never ready and you have to wait, not so fast food.

ROFL - that sounds just like KFC at Eye, Peterborough - order on a Friday, receive on a Saturday.

No excuse for no getting out your car imo, fully agree with this.

So what's the point of the drive through?

Both ways are a means of service...
