RE: Small rear delts
Do front plate raises. Too few people dot his excercise. IMHO this is the ebst excercise for rear delts. Is ee all these people do reverse flyes or some other thought up crazy mopvement but front plate raises have worked for every person that I have recommended it too. After about a motnh you should start tos ee results.
One important thingto keep in mind is that they are more effective on the NEGATIVE movement for rear delts. That is whewn the rear delts are worked the most. On the way down try to do it as slow as possible.
