Small setback.... :-(

As someof might know last fall I rotated my L4 vertebra
and pinched some nerves last fall. Took a few weeks off
of deads and started back light for another month and came back better than ever. Well, had some pain last night and this morning after a heavish squat routine, Turns out I have rotated
the L5 now [V][V] Pain isn't bad and doc said it wasn't bad.
I'm gettin near end of training cycle and getting heavy...but he recommends that I at least skip heavy deads and squat this Friday and next Tuesday. Then it will be less than 4 weeks to comp. Hope I still do OK [B)][B)][B)]

I would like to know from veteran lifters if this vertebra rotation
thing will get any better...as in not happening again and again..or is it something that I will be plagued with? Usually icing it and taking it easy for a week or so seems to do the trick. I assume its any unusual torgueing or twisting of the back thats causes this ..right?
