Just wondering if they're good or bad for ya. Are they considered a healthy food?

Not great food really, there are a lot better alternatives.

The odd packet on a cheat day won't do much damage but wouldnt include them everyday, no.

like many other processed food choices, although their macronutrient profile seems suited for our diets they are not of a high quality. lots of sugar and lack or micronutrients and often very fast acting, foods like this should not be a staple part of a diet

oat cakes are better in this sort of range

i really got into them at one point and think they have their place on a bulk, as already said they should not be a staple of a diet but can certainly be used.

i have the BBQ one's with a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce on and topped with cheese, then under the grill to melt the cheese.

tastes amazing! and quite calorie dense.
