So... er... summer is gone then.

It lasted about 2 weeks.  It happened about 2 weeks ago. 

Now we're in for an extended April...  lots of showers.

    Well i got the most of it, was suspended with pay for 6 weeks and 1st day back is Mon. So i was off for all june near enough...

    I'm in for next week then have another 2 week anual leave booked so i'm hoping weather pics up. write this last 2 off...

    Weight: 94kg - Bench: 150kg - Squats: 180kg - Deadlift: 220kg - Clean & Press: 100kg...

    what do you expect its the UK, were all used to lack of summers every year i ignore their BS and expect a **** summer

    only chance of getting a good summer is to go abroad lol

    I think the weathers been good since early May, bit of rain now and then but generally warm and sunny.
