So far so good...UPDATE Finally over

Easy boyz,,

don't get much time to update these days being transfered to a different branch short of staff, has made a slight impact on my cycle

but...

I am about 10lb in 2.5 weeks
Very strong, I have reached my previous still ahve a long way to go, that means reaching the 13 stone mark is achievable...

LIFTING

Bench: set 1; 60kg 10 reps
set 2; 100kg 8 reps
set 3; 120kg 4 reps ( max previous 110kg 2 reps)

Military max 90kg 4 reps

squat max 140 kg 6 reps

Deadlift 120kg 4 reps (still building up)

Barbel curls; 70kg (4 reps squeezed)

Really pleased with this one, plenty of growth on the way...

thanks

Excellent progress bro, benching 120kg for 4 is very good at your bodyweight.

    remind us of your cycle?

Alright mate, how you been?? I know what you mean about being busy etc...I hate it too....

I've done that cycle before but with 400mg decca, and it's a bloody good bulker mate, wicked strength gains that hold at least 75% after cycle ends.

Goodluck and keep us posted bro.

Easy bro, thanks for the feedback...

diet is good but not as good... with me working in adifferent branch iam having problems, but manage to get a good few protein shakes down me, couple of tuna baguettes and maybe a pizza or chicken kebab here and there, not the best clean diet, but my genetics are good so not to much BF...

    will keep you posted thankss

hello mate, do you have your routine posted in the relevant section?, looks to me like it would be easy to make a few adjustments to increase your gains, are you doing the workout as a whole body workout once per week?.rather than preach if your interested i will tell you what i would change if you are happy no problem. i would say however that unless you have an injury preventing you from increasing weight in the deads you should be able to move alot more weight compared to your bench or squat, what do you think the problem is?
