Solid natural base .. looking for experienced advice on first cycle!

I'm 28 years old and have been training 'properly' for a solid 8 years. Don't get me wrong, I have been in the gym since the age of 17 but I truly began training what I would class as 'properly' after a few years where I picked up experience from experienced bodybuilders and learnt the fundamentals. I'm lucky to have had this guidance as the amount of people in the gym these days who are wasting their time is beyond a joke! Phones, **** form, not working hard, no focus, pissing about with their pals etc.. You know them, their in every gym.

Anyways back on subject and about me:
  • 28 years old and to date a life time natty. I have not so much as touched a single PED or dabbled in anyway. Don't have a problem with gear in any way though, it was just my choice to build a solid base and hit a natural peak before considering it.. Which is where I feel I'm at now!
  • I have above average genetics. I'm 6ft 2 and sit around 96kg at around 14-15% BF (caliper style readings), I'm very strong, stay pretty lean and have good muscle mass for a natty.
  • My training has always been bodybuilding style with form being everything, weight always as heavy as possible (with perfect form) and ensuring i'm hitting my required rep range. I have never competed and have no intentions of doing so.. this may change in the future. I simply just love this style of training and look.
  • I have dabbled in a bit of Power Lifting at a few local gym competitions, simply because I knew I could win them. For example, In my best competition where I weighed 95kg.. I Benched 180kg, Squat 260kg and Deadlift 260kg. I know their decent lifts for anyone that weight let alone a natty.

As I mentioned, I do feel I've hit a natural peak and have been struggling to make any further gains over the past year. I am training solid 5-6 days a week religiously, my diet is spot on but it feels like I'm simply ticking over. I'm now looking at potential cycles to begin with. I don't want to go gung-ho and I'm in no rush or looking for short-cuts. I just want to progress beyond my natural potential and know this is the way it's got to be to get there.

Looking for some experienced answers. No offence, but if you are a wannabe who simply bangs every steroid known to man into you yet looks like ****.. I do not want your input. To many of them cowboys out there who give false advice and I'm too switched on to listen to these answers. I'm looking for the hardcore, experienced bodybuilders who have the experience to lay out a minimalist first time cycle for someone like me. Test Prop is what I have in mind but I need more information on dosages, what to run with it, timings etc. I would obviously get my blood work done prior to touching anything.

Cheers

300mg test enanthate per week for 10-12 weeks.
The purpose of this cycle is to find your tolerable dose.300mg should be tolerated by most without estrogenic side effects, like too much bloat or gyno.
Rather than jump right into an ai or serms to control side effects.it is better to find the dose that is tolerated.then add some compounds systematically that don't aromatize much or at all.
If you notice any side effects, take either 20mg nolvadex daily or 0.5mg anastrozole every other day.
Pct to start 14 days after your last injection.either 20mg nolvadex every day,or 50mg clomid every day for 4 weeks.
Remember:the purpose of this cycle is to find your sweet spot or dosage of test specific to you,not what some guru or trainer tells you,or something you find on the net.
Best of luck with your cycle.

500mg slow release test is ideal for first timers. 1x 250mg jab Mon and another Thurs. Or if your test is 300mg/ml you'll be fine with that.

Test-e or Hep is fine, or even Cyp, but most Cyp is 200mg/1ml. Still, aim for around the 500mg mark.

    10-12 weeks cycle.

tamoxifen on hand in case of gyno.

To be honest I think you are doing just find for being natural

Taking gear is a roundabout which is very difficult to get off. .
