Some Help Required

I have started gyming every day also got a trainer 3 times a week and attempting to get rid of the fat from a past healthy lifestyle. Down to 89kg from 94kg in a month. I am taking Hot-Rox and Carbolin 2 tabs twice a day and try and eat healthy and drink lots of water though the day. But looking at the cover of Muscle and Fitness June one wonders if one will ever get to look like that if you are having to work a full day and fit gym in along the side. The eating is difficult as work does not always allow for time to eat. My question is are there non models/ workers that pull in a full day at the office gym and get in the end to look like my June Cover and if so how did they get the combo to work.

Hi boywild - welcome to MT
There are some guys and gals on here with fantastic physiques and most of them have jobs, families etc. At the end of the day it takes a lot of time, effort and dedication to achieve your goals so have a good read around the advice on here and look at it as a long term effort.
It would be worth checking out the journal section to see the kind of progress some of the members make and also maybe post up your diet and routine in the relevant section, there are some helpful and knowledgable members here always willing to help.
