Some advice needed please guys...

A mate of his has some Clen which come in 30 tabs per box, do these sound familiar to you guys?, if so how long should i keep cycling the Clen for before i stop?

Also, he says he has ordered me some T-5's, he reckons these are just another name for an ECA stack, is he right?, as i know T3 etc is a thyroid drug and dont wish to take something like that.

Thanks for any help..

i would first get your diet on course, make sure that it is spot on, with exercise, its to easy to use start using clen, i think that you will be able to lose 2 stone and then maybe start looking in to using clen

A warm welcome to MT bro.

Clen/ECA alternate 2 weeks can be run for 12 weeks in total dosing the clen as shown here:

    http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=76313

T5 (I assume you mean the dorian yates supplement) is a standard otc ECA supp. Personally, I prefer to make my own ECA using the core ingredients as shown on the ECA 'sticky'.

Be aware though, these aren't magic pills. Of far more importance is diet & cardio.
