Some t3 and sustanon questions
I'll be starting a 8 week t3, sustanon, eca, clen cycle in a few days
But I had some questions so hopefully someone can help me out
I read that eca you take 3 times a day, clen all at once in the am or pm and split the t3 twice throughout the day and 250mg sustanon on mondays and thursdays
but I just wondered about the timings with regards to my diet and cardio.
1. I do cardio when I wake so should I take half t3 and all the clen right before cardio? and then take the other half t3 how many hours after? I can do cardio right before the second dose of t3 too if that helps.
and on the eca weeks take the eca before the am cardio like I did with the t3? and then 2 more times in the day when or how many hours apart?
2. What time in the day or after which meal or cardio should I take the sustanon?
3. Would it be beneficial to add insulin to this cycle to use for cutting?
4. What type of diet is best for the t3, eca, clen, sust cycle to get best results?
