Someone Suggest A 2 Day A Week Strength Routine Please?

From October for a year my schedule is going to be choc a bloc.

So much so that the only times possible for me to train will be Monday and Wednesday.

Can someone recommend a decent strength routine incorporating the big 3. (Deads, Squats and Bench).

Thanks, look forward to you strength guru's ideas.

    i rmemeber some routine frankie wrote, based on the time you have. the idea was to perform 1 of them every 3 days. i beliebe it was something like:

    dead, row and chins

    squat, bench and shoulder press

    think the article was on t-nation, but theres prob a link on the site somewhere m8

    Cheggers routine is ideal - althpugh out of personal preference I would do 4x6.

    when i was at college i couldnt do my olympic lifting so all i did was squats and deads and they keep my strength up fine
    when i got back home to get back into snatch and clean and jerk didnt take me long to do decent lifts.

    bodyweight 70k lifts in comp snatch 132.5k cl+jk 160k
    78k lifts in training sn 145k cl+Jk 170
    front squat ATG 185k x1
