South West lifters

The South West Counties Powerlifting Competition is on 8th February in Tiverton - starts early. Always some good lifters on show here.

If anyone's interested I'll post the venue and start time details.


(Mods - I know that this should go into the Competitions Forum, but can we leave it here for a while cos this is where the most lads are likely to see it)

    No not me i'm no where near on power lifting my bench sucks the reason i asked is a guy that works in the unit next to ours has the british bench record 90kg weight class i think 230kg or somthing like that and he is BAWLA member and i was thinking if it was one of his meets i could go along and give support.
