Spacing out running?

Spacing out running?

Sos if this sounds like a daft question but would i lose any benefits of my runs if they were done 3 days in a row rather than spaced out tue/ thur/ sat?. My main aim is to increase my fitness levels and wondered if i would b better off splitting it up through the week.

    If you're new to running it may benefit you to have a bit of recovery time between runs; give the old legs a break! You may also feel more motivated if you've had a day off in between. If you're running 3 days in a row are you doing any other kind of cardio the other 4 days?
    To be honest, given the title of your thread I was getting ready to advise taking a sports drink and a mobile phone with you!!
