Anyone tried before or had any experience with? Seems to of come from know-where in my gym and now quite a few members using as they claim contains all essential amino acids and high protein content.

I think if you don't eat veggies or don't have a decent source of fibre then it can have benefits. If you take mulitvits and minerals, again, you may not really need it. It's not all that expensive so the best way is to try it and see if it works for you.

I have used it as part of a cleansing programme in the past, I would have psyllium husk and bentonite clay drinks twice a day with spirulina in between. That'll get your colon moving.

    Current training: 6-day split
Current cycle: Test E @ 500mg per week

    Current stats:
    Height : 192cm
    Weight : 272lbs
    Body Fat : 15.4%
