Sports Bags
I'm looking for a bag that I can carry my dumbells and resistant bands etc in. I can't find any bags with a spec about how much weight they can handle. It doesn't need to be massively strong but needs to be able to take 40kg or so.
Anyone got any recommendations?

You won't get a sports bag that will take 40kg without falling apart in very short time. You need something like a heavy canvas tool bag.

Decent rucksack should cope with that weight.
